I keep having dreams of making an Auto-PC some day.. This looks like a promising place to start.

That's either the world's smallest computer or the world's largest set of car keys.

Okay, the fit-PC link led me to Gumstix (http://gumstix.com/inaction.html) computers, which then led me to the University of Essex's UltraSwarm (http://gridswarms.essex.ac.uk/index.html) project page.

The UltraSwarm is a group of autonomous miniature aerial vehicles (MAVs) that fly together similar to a flock of birds.  They had Gumstix computers attached to them that together form a computing cluster that serves up web pages.  Yes, here's the world's first ever flying webserver:

(the laptop in the picture shows the view from the MAV's camera on the left, a web page served up by the MAV on the right)

However gumstick computers are useful for sticking a webinterface on a tiny device, the fit is actually a PC capable of running a desktop OS.

I think both are cool.  The idea of computers actually small enough to put in your pocket and capable of doing more than just playing music are cool!

Gumstix can be hooked together to run XP, as shown in this picture:

(sorry, I'd seen a higher-res picture earlier, but I couldn't find it)

Not a computer but still cool, USB and bluetooth relays you can connect to a PC.
