Title: Aussies say pay-for-use would make the Net Neutrality problem go away

Basically, the Australians charge for use rather than provide unlimited downloads and are now saying that if only the Americans would adopt pay-for-use, then the whole Net Neutrality issue would go away.

Thats strange, because the Ausie ISPs seem to like to throttle, filter and censor the internet.. I wonder if they thought about that before writing that article?

And Net Nrutrality is about far more than just bandwidth issues.

I'm wary of putting the flow of information over the internet under Government regulatory control.

Yeah, as they explain in the video interview in that article, they see about 3% of the users using 50% of the bandwidth, and therefore they work at convincing those 3% of users to move to another network because they cost an inordinate amount compared to how much they pay on their plans.

Erm?  There was no mention of government regulatory control in that article as far as I could read?
