Sorry, i thought "THE ONION" is understood to be satire, so summarizing in advance the basic theme/concept of an Onion video clip ruins the surprise factor ... maybe I should do a "spoiler" in white text from now on?

Well, based on the link text, I was expecting Governor Schwarzenegger to reprise his Terminator role and conquer the world...  I wasn't expecting something about voting machines.

Talking about the "surprise factor", I don't really like surprises.  I tend not to click links unless I'm pretty sure what to expect on the other end.  I've managed to avoid goatse and tubgirl and two-girls-one-cup all these years...

A better description would have been something like "satire on electronic voting machines"
