Interesting, but not that surprising
- laptops are more popular and hell even some PC desktop users have Macbooks
- Fewer hardware configurations to test
- Mac users WANT GAMES!

I noticed on Steam an announcement stating that they now offer cross platform multiplayer support for a few games.
