Isn't that tune from one of Tim Burton's movies? Or maybe a trailer for one of them (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Burton#Early_career:_1980s)? I coulda sworn,
maybe BeetleJuice or the Pee Wee Herman movie ... or maybe it was "Toys"?
