Found this via some google searches, works rather well and the best part is that it supports location as part of the query so you actually get meaningful results.

Very scary or very awesome if you enable the Linked in integration it finds out people in your network that work for the company or people in your network that directly know people that work there.

Some jobs appear to only be posted on company websites. I noticed that these meta searches directly include some big companies.
