Hmm, will this help or hinder the Mono project? After all, ASP.NET still only runs on Windows servers. Hopefully the Mono project will now be better able to duplicate ASP.NET functionality, which in turn will make ASP.NET more of a competitor to the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) that many developers use to run on multiple platforms.
