Haven't seen this music video for a while but I was surprised to learn that it was actually done with Deluxe Paint (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deluxe_Paint) a somewhat old school image editor for Amiga/Atari/AppleII (and later MSDOS)

Not sure, I remember wanting to buy DPaint for my Apple II back in the day though (I had to settle for DazzleDraw lol)
