Looks like the new/final season of Eureka has started! Who else is looking forward to it?

I've been thinking that for 2 seasons.
Ditto for "Chuck".
I guess I just like quirky scifi-drama with relatively complicated (but not convoluted, hopefully) story arcs.

My fear when I first saw it was that it was pandering to the "geeks is cool now" wave from a few years back and the resultant aftershock (http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/idiot-nerd-girl) ;)
I can't tell you how many shows I've only learnt about AFTER they finished.
Mind you for once in my life I'm up to speed with some pretty cool @%&# that none of you lot seem to watch (

If you haven't seen Warehouse 13, its another good show. It's more of a fantasy, than a SciFi show. It was a complete shock when I first started watching it. I half expected it to be a lot more like Eureka. The only part of it that is actually like Eureka is how good it is :) imo.

It all came rushing back when you mentioned Warehouse 13.

I would say the Humour too... that is what it is most like Eureka, and the cross-over episodes.

Yeah, the humour is pretty good too. :)
Be wary of the cross-over eps though, a couple eps might seem like a cross over, but they just happened to cast some of the Eureka cast as other characters on Warehouse 13. I assume it was done while Eureka was "cancelled". Because after that they did at least one more real cross over once Eureka was back.
