There are only two fluid weapons in TF2... Milk and Urine .... Why, well that is a complicated topic.
I noted that on one site they note you get the piro goggles for any class free if you login and play between now an July 5.
FYI If you manually set your Steam regional server you might want to check the list again, I just noticed a server local to my CITY just appeared where US Seattle used to be the closest.

They change the ground texture and some other textures to look like the pyro fantasy.. Also lighting things on fire looks like little stars.... blood and gibs are replaced with balloons and cake.
Ha! It's like the German version of TF2!
