It's an assortment of clips where he deals with people who heckle him during his standup routines.
Carr is like the King Of Mean when it comes to Anglo comics ... he's one of the better guests on certain British shows like QI or Mock The Week (search Youtube for his name + either of those ... and you'll soon come to know a handful of other really talented folks who most North Americans will have never heard of, sadly -- although warning: many are an ... acquired taste, such as Frankie "took me a long while for me to get him, now I very much respect his act" Boyle).

and yes, Jimmy Carr = the same guy who hosted that short-lived game show "Distraction" (where, again, he got to be mean -- see clips on Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=jimmy+carr+Distraction) to remind yourself of what you aren't sure if you actually saw or not, yes that was a real gameshow where contestants filled their bladders and then had to pee to "buzz in" for questions).
