Not surprisingly, on ChatRoulette it's:

1. Mostly guys
2. Who are frequently in some state of undress
3. Quite often in or on their bed
4. Happily surprised it isn't some other guy showing his wang

Good to see that most people's reactions go from surprise to enjoyment and even encouragement.  But then maybe he hand-picked these reactions to make his video.
