never seen this one before (it's about 15 before the most current one) ; drag the image in the last frame for plenty of coolness.
sideways is fun, but vertical is WOW -- there's even references to They Live and the boys from The Lonely Island. Bonus points if you found the tireswing-on-a-crane.
You mean the big image thing from mid-September: http://tech.slashdot.org/story/12/09/19/2026223/xkcds-13-gigapixel-webcomic

It's WAY more fun to ACTUALLY drag along as if you are going on the same journey as the "protagonist" ... heck, I just found the rocket ship, and I "mentally bookmarked" the tunnel going down... and I haven't even checked out the part on the RIGHT of the start!
DAMN YOU, I found this link http://69.85.88.143/xkcd/ which is the Google-Maps-isized version, I guess I've gotta STOP now didn't realize it really WAS that huge, for example my tunnel discovery != the ONLY tunnel :o
:)
I can't believe I actually scrolled through it the entire way when it first came out.
I tried to but the then it was time to go home.
