Iron Man is scientifically almost possible. We can't have it flying but the invention of an Exoskeleton Robotic suit is in existence today. It can't take bullets, it can't fly, and it can't go far without an extension cord, but it can mimic your movements exactly and allow you to Lat Pull 200 lbs and still be able to hold a conversation without losing your breathe.

If this was Military Equipment, I know which division of the Army I'd join...
