I was about to say something like "they live in the 90s?" but it looks like they are "Built for touch in Internet Explorer".
Eww, I don't want to touch IE
I barely want to touch Windows
I like touching my Android though... a lot

Works fine in Chrome too (I didn't even try with IE!) ... just seems to have stuff built into the game-building HTML 5 API to take advantage of touch-screen interface if you (as a developer) want it.
Some decent little casual games in there -- although I admit I still can't figure out how to play Yar's Revenge.
The "Combat" game is ... different. You can play single-player against half-decent bots, but you are "zoomed in" which kinda destroys the reason why Combat was fun. However, you have guided missiles, and about 3 seconds of invulnerability right after spawning.
Nice!
