The frame drops are real, but it looks amazing

Imagine you want to make an indie movie, you want to depict some transition / travel scenes but don't have the budget. Voila, this would actually be convincing enough (if edited right).

Seriously the rain drops how they ripple, how the buildings reflect in the puddles, I can't see how much better you could do in a realtime video game.

The raindop ripples and some of the reflections are actually in the base engine and look pretty amazing and yes, the director mode is VERY fun

Man, makes me want to give it another try

Especially since I bought some "soundalike" music so I don't get content claimed again

So could u clarify what improvements this mod offers? Is it just extra lighting and/or particle effects and more detail in certain textures?

Because it was hard for me to pinpoint exactly what made this video clip "better" than other GTA V clips I have seen. Somehow less "cartoony", more "photo-realistic", but I couldn't exactly identify why.

There are filters that change the contrast and colour saturation, how light and bloom behaves, massive texture updates and a few effects and lighting changes that make it look much more real.

The tradeoff is that so much postprocessing is happening the framerate was bombing hard

I'll give it a shot later and see how it runs on my machine
