Very unique! I especially like how in the Options page you can choose from a dozen "novelty" cursors; since my mouse is wonky at work I found the tiny red dot was the easiest to use

A few of the levels I found quite challenging due to mouse-acceleration.  I'd be cruising along, keeping the cursor inside some small moving object, when suddenly the cursor'd be moving a LOT faster than I'd planned.  Outside of that, it's pretty easy.
