Silent Hill - Movie

Saw a trailer for this game-to-movie to be released in April on Sunday.  Was in the theatre to see Running Scared, which by the way is one intense movie - definately 18A and worth a see.  This trailer actually looked pretty good for the movie.  I have to admit I haven't played much of the Silent Hill series of games, but I'm hoping it does well, so as not to shy the movie industry from making more of these game-to-movie renditions.

The director has been responsible for the manga-to-film adaptation of Crying Freeman with mixed results (i.e. if you hadn't read Crying Freeman you would think it was great, others thought it was average).



I guess we'll wait and see.

Sweet! I'm really looking forward to this one. I really hope they keep some of the music from the games in the movie as well. The Theme of Laura is one of my favourite game themes.

I thought the trailer was horrible, though i find the actress rather hot.
