MIght be a forced perspective thing, the guy's hand holding the rabbit looked a bit big.

Maybe a little. But theres a guy in the UK thats actually breeding them that big. Those are some massive rabbits.

There is a German variety of jackrabbit that can weigh over 80 pounds...

I could believe that's a real bunny. Some of the jackrabbits we have in the fields out here defenitely outsize many smaller breeds of dogs. With careful long-term breeding it's defenitely possible to get some varieties of rabbit up to the size of a medium sized dog.



Breeding a rabbit that size could lead to an eventual rabbit vs. kangaroo battle of epic porportions!
