Console releases are pretty slim as of late, with the PS2 being #1 in the #s of releases.

Incidentally, Battlefield 2: Special Forces has dropped in price from $40 to $25.

Man, this month it's new PC games for the win! Very nice to see.

I've been feeling the same way lately.  But recently I've found playing xbox-live arcade games on the 360 to be very refreshing.  As soon as I finish up with Oblivion I'm gonna get me some microsoft-points and unlock the full versions of Geometry Wars, Wik, and Marble Blast Ultra.

Gamespot sure tore "Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War" a new one.  I was casually interested in this title seeing as Stainless Steel Studios was originally working on it, once it got moved to Midway I couldnt help but think disaster would soon follow, looks like it will be just another shelf filler.

Hmmm... yeah the more I read about it, the more I wanted to check out the Rise & Fall... but maybe not now.

Also Titan Quest is getting a decent following.  Saw it in EB the other day, even though supposed to be a June 26th release.

They usually put the boxes out for pre-order before the game is out.

LOL really?  Yeah I realize that, but this looked to be the full version, at least the box felt heavy like it had stuff in it.  Meh, either way, I won't be buying it through them anyway
