Personally, don't think the head looks right. Looks like a guy in a black winter coat with the hood pulled up. Course what's a guy all dressed in black,  running away from the first car he sees up to is another good question.

I guess specifically what is classified as human and what isn't with so many "mutations" out there now it seems that we are becoming a little bit less "human" and a bit more something else.

I can say first of having dated someone from Manitoba that they are not entirely human, but that video looks like a total farce to me.  Just looks like a guy in  a hoodie wearing a belaclava going into the woods.  The "creature" seemed very precise as to where he was going and how he was getting there.  Where as a "creature" would just go now ask questions later!!
