So after combing through both links it took me a good 10 minutes just to figure out what the heck kind of cheritable organization was being hassled:

The Aftermath Technologies blog - oh wow. Just oh wow. "STFU", 5 counts of the word "stupid", "idiot", "clueless". Even in the posts that don't call some organization or person names there's a clear hole being dug. He needs more than just monetary support. He needs a professional to get him through the DTSC minefiled because it doesn't seem he's capable of managing it without throwing a defensive hissyfit on the internet.

Also, replying with the equivalent of LOLWUT probably isn't going to get answers:

I hate to rag on the guy. I support the re-use and redistribution of old and used computer parts to lessen the toll on the environment. But it doesn't look like he'll be able to clear the way for the ACCRC without serious trouble or changing the way the whole issue is being dealt with.

Well they collect computer parts and redistribute working computers to people that normally wouldn't be able to have one. And for some reason theres more rules and fees around that than just destroying them...
