Wow, so they have the whole suite of accessories now.  Drums, Guitars and Mic all in one game.

Kind of kills the whole PS3 Idol game that was coming out, well cept that in that one your not limited to rock tunes.

I'm so torn over the success of Rock Band.  Its been labeled as the second coming of video games but the price and almost requirement of having a bunch of friends jamming with you makes me wonder if that will really happen.  I'm thinking that Guitar Hero 3 will win the battle of the bands.

Seriously though, I think it will fill A niche just not really take off the way Guitar Hero did, to get the full effect of the game you need to play as a group physically near each other that's not going to be something for everyone.
