LOL!  I love the angry chef at the end, and then the guy asking for the chef to show him how it was done so they can do it "in-house" from now on...  Which is pretty much what the last client wanted and why I was suddenly without work.

If I ever start my own business, it will be set in concrete how much each project is worth, when payments are due (and they'll be due at fixed intervals during the project), and what happens if payments are made late.

The best clause to put in a contract?

"If client does not pay by the invoice's due date, and does not pay within the prescribed late payment period (within three months of the invoice due date), source code will be made available to client's competitors at a price equal to outstanding invoice amount"

Of course, that clause would probably cause the contract not to be signed, but isn't that an awesome clause to add to a software development contract?
Prayin' for a 20!

gcc thorin.c -pedantic -o Thorin
compile successful

Yeah, pretty much the best part of an entirely-great video.

And added-value* is the comments -- some of them priceless or even true Laugh Out Loud anecdotes ... and some of them aren't even developers!

*couldn't resist ;D
