methinks they didn't want to risk offending [insert race here] by portraying these sharply-dressed successful businessmen as [insert another race here]. ;)

At least their tech support guys have glasses ;)
...but then with no nose, HTF do they keep from falling off!?

I think you guys over analyzing this.

You don't find their eyeless, noseless, mouthless (but not earless!) faces disturbing?  I do.

Even if it doesn't disturb you, then back to my original point - the iconography is wrong.  How does the image of two faceless short-haired humans (presumably men because of the hair styles) translate to Internet Business Solutions?  If the words weren't there, would the icon tell you what it means?

Maybe they think everyone who buys their software are faceless drones?  Probably not the best message to send to customers.

The Technical Support iconography is better, but here's what I get when I look at it without the words: "Click to ask a high school teacher about the world".

To counter that, I found the Contact Us icon very easy to understand (and completely non-disturbing):

"Mail or call" - yeah, makes sense.

Anyway, I wouldn't want their software if they consider me a faceless drone!

I don't know the faceless people remind me of the round headed faceless blob people in most Microsoft Chat applications just with more cloths.
