Anyone else seen Immortal yet?

Just watched this last night and enjoyed it. The problem is I'm not sure why. So, I'm wondering if anyone else did.

The movie is pretty out there, weird but creative style. Loads of CGI which is all over the place from great to bad, but seeing as this isn't a quarter billion dollar Hollywood flick, I have to give it some credit. If I could generalize it I would say it's like a way out there 70's sci-fi flick with modern technology.

Curious what you guys think.

that description makes me wonder if it's the film that I saw the trailer for like a year or two ago*, it looked like hand-drawn cel art, mostly black + white... is that the one?






*edit: nope, this wasn't the movie I'm thinking of, although the trailer is interesting: it's from way back in 2004 and I distinctly remember seeing it when the movie was about to come out (the pyramid and bird head were familiar to me) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rl9pSJYXBsk but dammit now I'm trying to remember that other movie (or maybe it was a video game trailer... quite a few are like the Sin City look, over the last 5 years)
