This is from April 2010 ... but I just found it today.

At first I thought it was just excuses/defense for not supporting a tool that many web user/developers have relied for a freakin' long time. Then I started to be open to the possibility that Mr. Jobs actually believes/means what is saying here.

Thoughts?

Seems that all but the Android fan boys agree that flash on android is slow and buggy. That and it isn't compatible with a lot of flash content since it is a lite version.

Ahh, this is where the web gets ugly: mobile platforms + closed media formats. On one hand yes, Flash is trash on pretty much anything Apple but Apple also wants to push their own content delivery (iTunes) for obvious reasons (profit).

I think it's going to come to a head when the shift to HTML 5 starts driving better media support on phone OS'es (what with the built in "video" tag and all).

The main thing is that it's not Silverlight (haw)
