Some countries have already set their clocks back - Alberta (and most of Canada) is doing it tonight.  An extra hour of sleep, hurrah!

While I can understand the rationale for DST during the war years, I do wonder whether it's all that useful now.  Although it is kinda nice to be able to sit outside on a patio at 5pm on a warm June day and stay until the sun goes down at 11pm!
