Some countries have already set their clocks back - Alberta (and most of Canada) is doing it tonight.  An extra hour of sleep, hurrah!

While I can understand the rationale for DST during the war years, I do wonder whether it's all that useful now.  Although it is kinda nice to be able to sit outside on a patio at 5pm on a warm June day and stay until the sun goes down at 11pm!

IIRC (with his big hair and sly grin as usual) "It's daylight savings time again, so remember tonight at 2am to set your clocks back, to 1am... then an hour later at 2am set your clocks to 1am... then an hour later do it again" or something like that
