cell phone "third party subscription" scam companies

God help you if you've been burned by these businesses that make mafia lawyers seem honest and trustworthy.



I just found this blog; YIKES, there's a LOT of others with the same experiences that me and my family are right now going through (thanks to me deciding to start looking at the cell bill in detail, and noticing these "subscriptions" for $10/month... month after month without the average person noticing).

This BS makes me mad.
imo this is not that different from when Fax Machines were new, and some companies would send you stuff daily until you official Unsubscribed (then some laws made that illegal, or something like that).

Also, apparently folks suggest you call your cell company and tell them to "block all 3rd party charges" (present and future) to prevent this kind of scam happening again and again with other companies (or the same ones).
