This is a blog post from an Italian astronaut who almost drowned in his spacesuit while outside the space station fixing something: http://blogs.esa.int/luca-parmitano/2013/08/20/eva-23-exploring-the-frontier/.  It's an incredible story and I'm glad he survived.  Amazing that he stayed as calm as he did.
