Multi-platform, coding in the cloud including debugging, code folding, undo/redo, searching including RegEx, other stuff. Does syntax highlighting for 75 languages, does autocomplete for a handful of them like Python, PHP, JS, CSS, XML, HTML.

Seems to be really beneficial to integrate with GitHub, Dropbox, etc. across multiple devices (Android, iPhone, PC, Linux etc.)
