Hellsing

So years ago I watched the Anime series Hellsing and really enjoyed it... Recently I picked up Hellsing Ultimate wanting to re-watch it, much to my surprise it started the same then turned out to be a completely new story!

Anyway here is the Wiki, looks like I need to track down Hellsing: The Dawn now since that is even MORE new Hellsing!

It is a little odd watching Hellsing and Hellsing Ultimate... Hellsing Ultimate contains a few complete episodes / story parts from Hellsing but cuts them into a new story... It seems to have been done to speed the back story but it changes the explanation of the "lesser vampires". I found it odd.

If you take Hellsing Ultimate as a reboot Hellsing it is a new story but it will feell a little odd.
