emails to @shaw.ca accounts getting bounced

This thread just hurts my head:

Emails sent to Shaw customers refused by Shaw server

So Shaw implemented a new spam filtering service for their customers who use their @shaw.ca email accounts.  But this spam filtering service is bouncing what many would believe to be completely legitimate emails.  For instance, the opt-in sign-up e-Flyer from Memory Express.  Shaw's response?  Each company having problems with emailing to @shaw.ca email accounts will have to get in touch with them personally.  And then the only real fix is for the company to improve its spam rating with the tool Shaw is using which Shaw won't identify.

This is one of the reasons why I'm glad I went with an online email provider instead of an ISP email provider.

Imagine if you were on Shaw and they suspended your account for heavy usage, or something?  They'd have your email hostage...
Prayin' for a 20!
