Well, speedtest.net with shaw's server at least tells you how competent their network admins are. It's on shaw's internal network, so it better damn well be fast. That said, for a while it was the slowest out of the three in edmonton. I complained to them, and a number of other people did as well. Apparently it was some routing mistake.
