According to some users in the US ISPs are already adding the domain to their "do not throttle" list

So... grain of salt I guess.

Since it runs off of Netflix servers I wonder if they don't anticipate that.

Would be funny if they put in a dual test to both domains and then reported the throttling.

Hmm I get really low results from it at home vs speed test.net and well large downloads like my Steam updates and StarCitizen updates that clock in at near full 100Mbits.
