It's on Netflix and I just watched it and WOW it is incredibly surprising in numerous ways.

I was of course intellectually fascinated throughout, but during the journey with Bill I both laughed out loud AND had tears well up (both out of fanboy joy type of emotion, but also HOLY CRAP when Shatner and Bakula and Stewart and Mulgrew and Brooks [despite his weird stream of consciousness jazzy way of talking] each talk about their family challenges ... good luck not having that hit you hard in the gut!)

All of the interviews impressed me, every single one.

Heck even when he talks with Christopher Pike it was far more than I expected, he really does have echoes of a young Shatner tbh. And I had no idea that every one of the Captains had a history of, and still have a strong love for, the live theatre.

JUST WATCH IT DAMMIT.

I watched a bunch of these ST specials in a crazy binge a while back. This is good, and so are the others!
