http://regex101.com/ I can't stress enough how useful this resource is if you ever need to build/test/OPTIMIZE any RE even the simplest ones it's a good idea to test here at least.

Pretty sure it was a follow-up to the excellent http://regexpal.com/ which the dude open-sourced... and that dude? He has a TON of other helpful design resource tools @ http://www.danstools.com/ (color picker, CSS sprite generator**, ICO/appshortcut builder, etc.)
