Second Life advertised on Penny Arcade

 I saw a Second Life banner advertising on Penny Arcade today and thought it was kinda neat, anyway, if you are suffering from the MMO "blahs" you might want to check it out, you get 7 days for free. Whether this is a reward or a punishment is up to you...

 I was look at this website on Wednesday.  Im still sorta confused.  From what i can tell, its like "The Sims", but you create, design, interact with the world through code and editors.

 Also this is the one MMO where spending REAL money on MMO items is part of the game play.

When all the building an purchasing is done, it boils down to the sims with some simple mini games you can play...
