Shayne

Ok, here're my picks if such a show were to occur:

Gary Bucey as the grizzled smuggler
Michael Ironside as the Jedi master
Tom Welling as the Jedi student
Rhona Mitra as the young Senator
Robert Picardo as the talking droid

The villains should include:
William Shatner as the evil Admiral
Bruce Payne as the Sith Lord
and
Kate Mulgrew as the Emperor HA!

I
Hate
You.

You reminded me of how sad the SNL Best of The Walken was - which I just rented.

WOW. What a disappointment.

Shocked at how often he was blatantly reading cue cards - even in the brilliant Census sketch - barely any eye contact in most scenes, how sad...

They coulda picked a better selection - although the "cowbell" bit was rathah umerous, especially when Mr. Gigglesworth started cracking up and had to face the wall to preserve the scene... :D

PS: Keifer Sutherland as some intense control-freak impaient heroin-addicted ready-to-snap Jedi master! ;)

Some funny posts there, but the pain of imagining this actually coming to pass has been worth it, for some geenrous soul linked to this:

A Very Special Star Wars Christmas <-- name changed to discourage avoidance of following the damn link

^ Never heard of OhTheHumanity before, and perhaps will now become a bookmark... Although, sad to find that OTH has "reviewed" the not-one-of-the-worst-films-ever dated 80s cyberpunk classic Tron but not this $4.00 Leslie Neilsen SourceO'Amusement.

Very "special" as in wearing a helmet to school "special". They should have had TV ratings back in those days...

This program may contain Bea Arthur singing. Viewer Discretion Advised.
