I did a spit take when I saw how seriously he said it had never happened before.



Honestly, I think because of his inherent evilness, he is just naturally skilled in lying-with-a-straight-face (surely he mentored Condi Rice re. her infamous "nobody could have foreseen..." laff riot, yeah nobody except writers of novels and TV series)
