Yeah. I haven't actually had any issues. Besides the fact that you have to have a credit card backing your account or you hit large delays, and some payments wont ever go through.

I remember looking up negative reviews of Paypal one evening after (in my previous job) my boss annouced that PayPal was the One And Only Payment Soloution and that we'd be creating all kinds of sites based soley off of using Paypal. I remember how surprised I was at some of the testimonies. Then I read deeper and discovered that most of the complaints were based off of the "old management" or the transition between old & new management. Relieving, but still worrying!

One thing I did learn the hard way with Paypal is never try to use it in a frames-heavy site. I can't remember exactly what doesn't resolve right (possibly the certificate or the Paypal session or both) but man, it just doesn't work crammed down inside a center frameset!

And yet I still do use Paypal myself. I find it useful for situations where I trust the merchant and they prefer using Paypal for immediate payment (for example, paying my Fraga registration fees). I'm no rube though. I recognize that Paypal is still pretty easily shaken to the ground as a service. Before the Microsoft/eBay absorbtion I think I might cancel my account just so I'm not "Lost In Transamalgamation".
