40GB PS3

I was just at Future Shop picking up Spider Man 3 ($20 today only) and noticed a bunch of boxes behind the cashier.  Turns out they are the new 40GB PS3 (with a packed in Spider Man 3 on Blu-Ray).  I wanted to buy one right there but they can't sell them till November 2.  I counted 32 boxes with each box containing 2.

Also worth noting is that this new PS3 qualifies for the 5 free blu-ray movie offer as well.

Wal-mart has the PS3's advertised at 418.42.  And there were a few here in St Albert.

This link has been posted on every gaming site on the planet so I'm sure its old news for most RW forum goers, but its the 40GB PS3 with Spider-Man 3 however it also includes Ratchet & Clank and an HDMI cable but for the same $399 price everyone else is selling the console for.  Save $100 or so.

I went ahead and purchased mine this morning. Should have it next week by the looks of it.
