Joel Spolsky's Programming Q-and-A Site

I know I've run into this problem more than a few times, you're looking for answers and all you seem to be able to get results for on a search engine are spam sites and other people with similar questions it seems like some problems just don't have answers. Or do they?

Joel has created a sort of an open Q&A site which will hopefully break the problems that programmers run into on a frequent basis.
