Eating 1,000,000 bananas in a year (1/1000 mSv each) equals the lowest one-year dose of radiation clearly linked to increased cancer risk (100 mSv).  We need to put out a study on this, and campaign against overeating bananas, they're clearly deadly.

Wait, that's about 2,740 bananas a day, or 114 an hour, or 2 a minute.  Every minute of every day of every week of every month of the year.  There might be other problems you have if you eat that many bananas.  But still, think of all that terrible radiation!

Also, our spouses are (really slowly) killing us when they sleep next to us.
