My own fault, I was diving in head first until I hit bottom a few too many times, got some headaches as a result, and with no goggles the cloudy vision the rest of the day was an inevitable outcome. But not as sore as I expected, considering some of the physical exertion I put this not-in-great-shape body through. Gonna try making it twice a month at minimum from now on though -- Commonwealth opened recently and maybe it's a good pool too (and closer to home!)
