Well good! Gotta give yourself some power sometimes

I also find music helps ge things rolling.

I remember reading that listening to music will make you feel good and also gives you the desire to listen to more music, it's very true
Ok, now listen to Adam's Song. Then listen to I will remember you while thinking of Toy Story 2.

Weirdly I find exciting / inspirational stock music a lot of fun:

Gets the creative juices flowing
I was just saying that not all music is going to make you feel good, or give you the desire to listen to more ;D

That's not what the study I read showed
I'm not sure what you mean by that. Did they test all music? A lot of country or other sad music makes me sad and depressed. Quite the opposite of good ;)

1. it's actually a pretty good episode, stands up to repeated viewing. Found it here: http://www.myspace.com/video/vid/31222794?pm_cmp=vid_OEV_M_C#ivp-comments

2. that's a rather famous actress when she was a bit younger (15! shame on you!) ; without looking it up can anyone guess her name? (bonus points for who played her brother in that ep).
