Here's a new show for people to watch: Mr Robot. It's fantastic! I should be sleeping but instead I'm powering through the episodes...

Mr. Analog

I just read the synopsis, it sounds really interesting!

If I can free myself from San Andreas I'll check it out this weekend

I noticed the title and googled.  I read a review that said all of the technical jargon was bang-on and that they had excellent consultants on staff to make sure computer nerds won't be able to poke holes in the computer jargon.

Then I watched the first episode, and the main character is exactly what you'd think a socially awkward techie nerd with Social Anxiety Disorder and an ever-running brain would act and talk and think like.

This is probably the first show in two years where I've actually paused it to go let the dogs out and then rewound ten seconds to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I might check it out.  If you want another show with some good Techie consulting check out Halt and Catch Fire.

Hmm only two episodes in but I might be hooked.

Watched episode 5 then called it a night. Great stuff.

Really not what I expected, great show.

Mr. Analog

I gotta check this out

Finished season 1, might need a separate spoiler filled thread to discuss this show.

<sinister laugh>

I saw the rest of your posts, but this one says exactly how I felt after episode two...

Yes, yes you do.

And I will not say anything else about it because I don't want to accidentally let _any_ spoilers slip.

Lazy's right, we need a separate spoilers thread that those who haven't watched this yet can avoid.

Oh, the first season is ten episodes, pretty easy to watch. And I'm sure you'll be able to start and stop easily, you won't be glued to your TV. BWAHAHAHAHA

At 45min an episode hours go fast. I found stopping at episode 5 worked well, however it only gets better so trying to stop after that could be a problem.

Thorin

Imagine if you would've had to wait a week between episodes...

So anyone else start this show yet?

Dammit for some reason I thought this was on Netflix

Sorry, no. USA Network and, in Canada, Showcase.
