...and how did I not know this existed until right now!?

Of course, my very first lookup was the obvious...

They are nice enough to offer a quite skimmable "broken down by category" feature too. http://cinemorgue.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Death_scenes_by_cause_of_death

And plenty of quip-filled sentences (many cut short) http://cinemorgue.wikia.com/wiki/Famous_Last_Words

Nice find!

but it begs the question ... how find?

An article about the disproportionately lengthy death* in Jurassic World (you know which one!) and inside there was a reference to Richard Schiff's death in one of the previous films in the franchise.

"...It?s possible that this is the most horrible death in the entire franchise, or at least that it is running neck and neck with the death of Richard Schiff in The Lost World. It?s gruesome and it?s painful and it?s protracted..."

^ from there I just did some googling or duckduckgoing or something, and discovered the Cinema-Morgue wikia. So... not nearly as creepy a "how find" as it coulda been :)
