2018 version (11 years later!) of those hilarious "keep the criminal on the line as long as possible" examples from years ago = be a TWITCH STREAMER, pretending you are a brand new YouTuber wanting to "unbox/activate" your Roku ... but now you find out there's an activation fee!

A longer video is even better, where the scammer needs remote access to send you money because your Microsoft computer is broken, and OOPS send you too much money, so now you have to REFUND some of it back to him! O_O

Everyday there are scammers taking advantage of people. I call them to waste their time, walk people through their "script" and lies, report info when I can, and otherwise make light of a dark situation.

Then after 90 minutes of wasting scammer's time, he unleashes the dogs of war.
Scammer is from India, and literally says he is OK with this scumbag job because 'merica sucks or something.

I coulda created a NEW thread about "how to bait scammers from foreign countries who look down on westerners are foolish, lazy, and deserving of being cheated and stolen from".

Yeah, I definitely remember the painted wood keyboard and also Lenny.  I thought maybe I was missing a link, like maybe these are people scamming other people out of cheap sustainable laptops and couldn't figure it out, so I was kinda beating myself up for not getting it.

Scammers suck, full stop.
