In North America the instructions read:

1. Pour boiling water
2. Let stand for 3 minutes
3. Enjoy

In Japan however!

LOL -- look how many hundreds of videos there are under the search phrase "Rube Goldberg"... if only all those creative minds were applied to space exploration or card tricks, oh what a Jetsonesque world we would live in today... :o
